You'll be amazed at the ocean, beach, pool, porch vistas, cleanliness and design of our home at “Fifty East First.” OCEAN FRONT home which has 12 bedrooms and 12 baths. Giant Pool which can be heated during cool months. Great for individual bedrooms and huge groups. Sleeps 30 comfortably with 12 private bedrooms with 12 private baths. There are 4 Ocean Front Master Suites, all with King Size Beds, Ocean Front Poarch / Balcony. Four bedrooms have both Queen and Twin size beds. Two bedrooms have a Bunk bed with Steps (No Ladder) to the Top Single Bunk Bed. The Bottom bed is Queen size. Two bedrooms have Queen beds. The chef's kitchen features a 5 burner prepare top with a two ovens, two fridges, two dishwashers, two coffee pots plus a Keurig, & two microwaves. A two washing machines and two dryers one set up and one set down. Unwind in the sizable living room watching TV. TV in 8 bedrooms. While the adults are calming, the kids have their own separate game room upstairs to catch their favorite sporting event on the 65'' wide screen TV, a Foosball table and game table. Both living areas have striking vistas of the ocean.
There is a private heated pool, enormous deck and upper deck to savor the ocean breezes. This property is great for office getaways, family get-togethers, weddings, and any other event that brings relatives and friends together for a little rest and relaxation. You will all appreciate playing in the surf and digging for shells on the beach. Located in the middle of the island, close to the Pier, eateries, novelty stores, the kids's playground and Coastal Museum. All within walking distance. You won't be bored!
