You may enjoy dinner or watching your favorite show on the screened in porch with an outdoor TV or you may enjoy the beach area in the back yard which also overlooks the marsh.

This home is enormous and has a well equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 full size fridges, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating with stools, and a dining area that seats 12. The living area is equipped with a 65” flat screen TV, a fireplace, unbelievable vistas, and is open concept with the kitchen.

There is also a second living area downstairs which also includes a TV, a bar area, and room for games.

All bedrooms are equipped with brand new beds, bathrooms, and TVs.

Other amenities supplied in this pretty home are full bathrooms in each of the bedrooms, hard wood floors throughout with ceramic and granite tile in bathrooms, dishes, silverware, drink ware, 2 full size washers and dryers, striking decorations, outside shower, and outside living areas with a grille. The bunk room sleeps 10 with 4 queen sized bunk beds and 2 trundles.
