1st floor freshly remodeled room with 1 king bed located on the end of the building closest to the beach. The Continental Condominiums offer our guests 27 comfortable individually owned condos that are managed as vacation units available for short as well as off-season monthly stays. Located on Sunset Beach and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean accepts for a short walk to the fishing pier, and the area's best beach strand. There is a modest refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The bathroom includes a shower. The outdoor pool is open between mid-April and late September depending on weather. There is a local market across the street and other stores all within a block. Rental bicycles are available across the street. A laundry facility is available on premises as well as grilles for your convenience. Non-smoking. Dog Friendly Condo. 1 dog max with $100.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee.
Parking is limited - 1 parking pass supplied per unit. No exceptions!
Golf carts and boat trailers are not allowed at the Continental Motel.

Sunset Beach is home to this condo. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
