Freshly refreshed bungalow, in a low key friendly beach town. Imagine opening the front door and having sunrise vistas from the front porch. Drink coffee or do yoga, before walking 1/2 block to the beach access ramp, for a day of fun. Located a mile from OIB center with stores, fishing pier, and eateries. This 1,000 sq.ft. Cottage features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a swimming pool. There are T.V.s in each bedroom, 2 a/c units, and wood floors. Step back in time to when Ocean Isle was first developed with prints from the 1960’s and retro style modest appliances. Back deck has seating to appreciate local seafood or a low country boil. Parlor chairs to soak up the sun. The backyard has a seating area for you to savor drinks, while grilling todays catch. Property is managed by McClure Realty Vacations.
