The Coco Cottage (formerly The Coco Cabana) is located on a direct access road mins. from the beach and public parking. Be at the beach in five mins. by opting to rent the Golf Cart that is street legal with a lithium battery and license plate already registered for beach parking. This home also comes with a outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

Kick back on the sectional and stream shows on the intelligent TV in the modern living area. Prepare fresh meals in the completely equipped and upgraded kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops, a farm sink, and an array of helpful appliances and gadgets. The bathroom connected to this room offers a walk-in shower with a body spray shower system. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

The entirely fenced backyard is ideal for dog owners. Sip morning coffee on the deck, featuring a patio set with tables and seating. In the evening, keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grille and gather around the enormous picnic table. A storage shed provides cushions for the patio furnishings as well as lawn games, beach toys, beach chairs and lawn and beach shade equipment that renters are welcome to use.

THINGS TO KNOW
A four-passenger golf cart is available for guests at an additional charge of $350 per week, or $50 per day for shorter reservations. The rental must be for the entire length of the reservation. The guest will need to sign the Golf Cart Liability waiver form. The golf cart comes with an Oak Island parking pass which is a value worth $80 per week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
