This handsome Dog Friendly 2 story OKI beach home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths in the main home along with a sensational entirely furnished bungalow with a Queen size bed and plenty of comfortable seating. The backyard next to the bungalow is fenced to allow your dogs to savor some time off the leash. The 3 bedrooms on the main floor are conveniently located directly off the family room and kitchen while the bungalow has a separate entrance and is ideal for a couple or the teenager that wants to get away. This home is attractively located near the middle of the island, just blocks from the beach with a beach access on the same street. Here the ambiance is always "Island time" avoiding the hustle and bustle of the main roads and traffic. This is the ideal vacation spot for your family and friends to appreciate! This home has an open floor plan with multiple areas to hang out and relax starting with the main room and kitchen as well as a screened in side porch where you can sip your morning coffee listening to the birds. The beach access is a fast drive or short walk away but after you have appreciated the sun at the beach, relax in the screened in porch or grilling your favorite meal on the deck.

Please note: Linens are included with your reservations and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, modest shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

-Must be 25 years or older to rent property, failure to follow this rule will result in the tenant(s) removal from property and forfeiture of rent money



Pet Policy:

Limit of 2 dogs (combined weight no more than 80 lbs). A $200 non-returnable pet fee applies. If more than 2 dogs are brought, a $500 fee will be charged.

Family Animals must be disclosed when booking, and dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea and tick prevention.

No pets are allowed on beds or furnishings. Extra cleaning costs will apply if this rule is broken.

The home does not have a crate, so please bring one if needed.

Strict no-cat policy. Cats are not allowed.



*The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th, and the hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per da,y and $80 per week.
