Launch your kayak or boat in the impressive Davis Canal only 100 feet from the home. The Davis Canal connects to the Intracoastal and the Atlantica Ocean via Lockwood Folly. A fast 2 block walk to the ocean beach access. No need to secure a parking pass to park at the beach. The kitchen has many upgrades. Kitchen island seats 3 with additional seating for 8 in dining room. Upstairs great room is roomy with two full size couches and two chairs.
