Upstairs, a unique loft space includes a bunk bed as well as a convenient pull-out couch for additional guests. You'll also find an upstairs deck, which offers enhanced vistas and a sense of seclusion, ideal for calming.

The upstairs deck provides a private ocean view, with direct sunset vistas that are particularly spectacular during the summer. A notable advantage of this home is the orientation of the main deck, which is naturally protected from strong ocean winds and the intense afternoon sun.
