Upstairs, a unique loft space includes a bunk bed as well as a convenient pull-out couch for additional guests. You'll also find an upstairs deck, which offers enhanced vistas and a sense of seclusion, ideal for calming.

The upstairs deck provides a private ocean view, with direct sunset vistas that are particularly spectacular during the summer. A notable advantage of this home is the orientation of the main deck, which is naturally protected from strong ocean winds and the intense afternoon sun. This makes it an exceptionally comfortable place to relax, even on windier days. As an added treat, it's also an striking spot for watching golfers as they play the 18th hole.
