Parking for 2 cars. Use the covered private parking for 1 car , which is right by the door to the building and the storage room. ( midsize suvs can fit comfortably. Substantial suvs will stick out) There is an overflow parking lot at the back of the condo but only modest to medium size cars can fit and a parking pass is supplied. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get in!

Make sure to take your coffee and savor colorful sunrises or perhaps view the dolphins while you walk the beach or grab a bite to eat at the Carolina pier!

No smoking in the condo please! Pet friendly for the fur babies up to 3 dogs! With a pet fee of $200. Please add your fur babies onto the reservation:)

You will be right in the center of Carolina Beach ,appreciate shopping, eateries and the striking NEW Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Another couple miles to the Fort Fisher Aquarium and the ferry.
