When you first walk into the open floor plan on the top level, you're instantly greeted by a light and airy ambiance complemented by the vaulted ceiling and upsized windows with charming ocean vistas! The main living space features a massive sectional couch elegant for snuggling up for some downtime to Netflix and chill in front of the 70" flatscreen TV. The kitchen is a chef's dream with remarkable bespoke cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, handsome blue tiled backsplash, and an broad center island with a sink and bar seating for up to 3. The dining space is a few steps away and offers seating for up to 8. There's even a half bathroom on this floor for added convenience.

Across the hall, you'll find the next guest bedroom with ocean vistas, a queen-size bed, enormous flatscreen tv, and a door that will take you to the lower balcony.
