The first level is dedicated to common spaces. Here you’ll find the comfortable living room, with plenty of seating and gorgeous ocean vistas. Gather with family to appreciate a movie on the flatscreen T.V., with the addition of two DVD players on the property. Bathed in natural light, the sturdy dining table seats 10 for meals or board games, with an additional three seats at the adjacent breakfast bar.

The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you’ll need to prepare traditional family recipes or the catch of the day. Ample counterspace and plenty of cabinets make set up and cooking a breeze. And if you prefer to dine al fresco once dinner is done, the broad front deck offers seating options for meals and after-dinner drinks.
