A enormous living area with a wet bar and mini-refrigerator adds additional space to relax and relax, and a full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level.
Upstairs, the king bedroom features a granite ensuite with double sinks, a separate shower, and a private toilet area, while the second bedroom is ideal for families, with a queen bed, a twin bed, and its own private bath. The broad open-concept great room includes a cavernous living room, an fantastic kitchen with a granite island, and a dining table that comfortably seats 12. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not supplied and should be brought by guests.. Outside, the property continues to impress with its four decks, each offering cozy seating, including a Widows Watch deck with striking vistas of the ocean and the island. You’ll appreciate the private pool, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach, and the outdoor tiki bar, complete with a sink and seating for up to eight people. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (Off-Season Only) , and poolside furnishings provides plenty of space to lounge.
Located across the street from a community center with handicap beach access, this home is attractively located just moments from the pier, stores, museum, playground, eateries, and summer concerts. The property can conveniently accommodate up to 6 cars, with both a driveway and carport. (Please note, the garage is not available for guest use.)

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
