Casa de Ventanas was thoughtfully restored with modern finishes throughout the entire space. This inviting home is located just 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach & 5 miles to Historic Downtown.

With 3,000sq, there is ample space to relax and relax after a day of exploring. You will not find a more private backyard to savor morning coffee or an evening drink.

When you walk into Casa de Ventanas you'll be greeted with high ceilings and coastal décor from local artists. The first thing you'll see is an additional enormous granite island serving as the ideal location for morning coffee & making plans for the day.

The main hallway offers 3 bedrooms along the front of the home and half bath, full bath, and laundry room on the left side of the hallway. All bedrooms have privacy shades. At the end of the hallway is the oversize master bedroom with private bathroom and huge bespoke glass shower. **All closets are locked - there are dressers in each room for clothes**

When you move past the sitting room, you’ll step down towards the living room looking at 12 upsized windows to the backyard and understand why we're called the home of windows.

Getting the best rental value:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.   • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on great feedback to stimulate more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
