House Rules
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• No events, events, or enormous gatherings
• Must be at least 21 years old to book
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.
• Pool can be heated for $200/day. Please let us know 24 hours prior if you want the pool heated to allow adequate time for it to warm up.

Pet Policy
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Family Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $150 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-returnable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals allowed.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be completely housebroken.
• Dogs are not allowed on furnishings, linens or in the pool.

When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Carolina Beach attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
