When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home & When to go:

• In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection.
