As you step inside the two-story entry, you are greeted by warm hardwoods and drawn across the living area to the home's back wall of windows displaying the peaceful perspectives of the Island's estuary. These windows side this getaway's serene living space which features a fireplace, constructed-ins and egress to an oversize, water-facing wrap-around back screened porch. On the porch, you can relax on the hammock or in one of the three seating areas or savor a bite alfresco at one of the two dining tables-all while watching Nature's show of tides, egrets, and other wildlife. Steps down from here lead to this modest community's private dock-making it painless to fish, crab, kayak or paddleboard. Back inside, this open floor plan's close by dining space, cornered by windows, furnishes seating for nine with spots available for three more at the adjacent breakfast bar and offers another access to the screened porch. The generous kitchen provides a enormous prep island, plenty of storage and has the laundry conveniently close by. On the other side of this floor are two bedrooms.
