This condo is furnished charmingly with beach style furnishings, comforters and decor. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new appliances, countertops, cabinets and backsplash. A brand new feature is the drink center with additional space for adult beverages as well as family friendly drinks. The kitchen, dining area, LR and hallway have a impressive fresh coat of relaxing light gray paint. There are TVs (5 total) in all rooms and comfortable deck furnishings. Within 2-5 mins. you are on the wide, flat beach, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts or at the beach club with its oceanside pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar and outdoor restaurant. Also on the island are mini golf, Community Center with daily kids's activities, kids's park, a coastal museum, wave runner units, arcades, summer outdoor movies and concerts each week at the park, beach stores and multiple eateries.
