The unit features a queen bed in the bedroom, a set of bunk beds tucked into a hallway nook, and a queen sleeper couch in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. The open living area includes a dining table for six and a completely equipped kitchen with bar seating for two, making it simple to savor meals together after a day at the beach.
Step out onto the private balcony and take in expansive vistas of the ocean and the pool deck below. It's the ideal spot to appreciate your morning coffee or relax with a drink as the sun sets. Guests have access to a seasonal community pool, a cold water outdoor shower, and a picnic area with Hibachi grilles and picnic tables located on the east side of the building. All units are non-smoking, and family pets and golf carts are not allowed at this complex.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
