Elegant river vistas from this peaceful top floor condo, completely outfitted with linens, kitchenware, coffee and teas. Located in a secure building with gated entrance and courtyard on a peaceful cobblestone street directly across from the Riverwalk.

Guests have access to the entire condo, balcony, and shared gated courtyard.

The condo is walking distance to many eateries, stores, cafes, bars, and attractions.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
• Booking websites often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
