Welcome to Sea + Second, a freshly modernized beach home at 180 E Second Street, just a 3 to 5 min. walk to two beach accesses, including one that is handicap accessible. This beautiful home features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a bright, modern living space with an open kitchen, quartz countertops, and new appliances. Outside, savor a private in-ground pool, outdoor shower, and painless parking for cars.

Your cleaning and linens are inlcuded in the overall costs for the home. This includes whole-home linen and bath towel rental. Linen and towel service provides top and fitted sheets for each bed, pillowcases, and one towel set per person. One kitchen towel is also included.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- This 2-story home is stilted and requires exterior stairs to access. Four bedrooms and two bathroom are located on the main level. Please note there are a few interior steps leading to the bedroom hallways.

- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera. The camera is located on the front exterior facing the driveway. The camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video when motion is detected.

Guests have full access to the interior of the home, the entire pool and outdoor shower area, and parking.

The garage is not accessible at this time. We are working toward renovations to make Sea + Second even better!

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
