All guests must sign an Affordable Giant Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Generous Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Substantial Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

Finding your perfect rental:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
