When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Extensive Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Grand Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

This vacation home is located in Ocean Isle Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Some owners offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance.
