The first floor features one bedroom and one full bathroom and a roomy great room with expansive vistas of the canal, accessible from the kitchen, dining, or living areas.
There's also a comfortable sitting area on the second floor with 2 additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom.
The enclosed basement serves as a recreation room, complete with a pool table and TV.
Front and back porches, along with decks, enhance the home's appeal.
Bed linens and Bath Mats supplied for weekly units.
