A waterfront sundeck offers plenty of space to spread out and soak up some rays, while the front porch is breezy outdoor leisure. Holden Beach Access and the Holden Beach General Store are each within walking distance (0.5 mi.) of the home. For an additional daily fee, you also have the option to rent a six-seater golf cart for painless cruising!

Modern coastal decor accents the modernized interior, while updated fixtures and appliances ensure complete comfort and modern convenience. Plush couch seating and a intelligent TV are ready to welcome family gatherings in the living area. The kitchen comes well-equipped for anxiety-complimentary meal planning, with thoughtful additions like a Keurig coffee maker.
