On the 1st level, you will appreciate the enormous open-concept living area, complete with comfortable furnishings, refreshed floor and modern lighting throughout. The prepare in your life will savor the well appointed kitchen with updated cabinets, counter tops and newer appliances, including a constructed-in oven, island prepare-top, and bar seating for 4. Not to mention the spectacular vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean! Also on this 1st level, you will appreciate the convenience of an oceanfront bedroom (west side), complete with a King size bed and a full private bath with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. You will also discover the laundry room located on this level.

On the 2nd level, your family will appreciate the convenience of an additional sitting room, complete with a TV, balcony access, and comfortable seating for 5. Bedroom #2 is complete with a King size bed, streetside view and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 is oceanfront (east side), complete with a King size bed and a full private bath with a shower/tub combo.
