A gorgeous privately owned 2nd row home located on the West end of the Island with just a short walk to the charming beach and the great Atlantic, located next to the 37th street walkway access. You are sure to savor the ocean breezes & salt air on the roomy screened porch. This home is non Smoking, and is not Pet friendly. Linens are also included.
