When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Enormous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Generous Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Grand Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is returnable minus cancellation costs

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Get the best rental value:

• In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. Book your rental home in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
