You can savor them from your choice of two ocean-facing covered porches. Just a short walk from either side of this home and you are at the beach! Or, you can cool off in your own private swimming pool, appreciate the fenced yard, and lounge by the fire pit. Take an painless elevator ride to all floors of this home - no hauling groceries or bags up the stairs!

Top Level:
The reverse floor plan accepts you to experience those ocean vistas from the comfort of your living room, as well as from the master suite on this level. The master suite features a roomy bathroom with double vanities, tile floor, private water closet, and a sizable walk-in tile shower. Everyone will appreciate getting together in the open floor plan living, dining and kitchen where you can relax or have a fun family game or movie nighttime.
