The Space:

Welcome to your coastal escape on the peaceful west end of Ocean Isle Beach. This brand-new 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom home was designed with space, comfort, and simple beach living in mind. With water vistas, multiple living areas, and inviting outdoor space, it’s a place where everybody can settle in and appreciate their time together. The beach is about a 10 min. walk away, making it easy to come and go without the hordes.



When you arrive, the ground level offers a simple entry with a entryway and garage, ideal for unloading and getting settled. An elevator provides access to all levels, making it easy for everybody to move throughout the home. Head upstairs to the first living level, where you’ll find three bedrooms: a king, a queen, and a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds that sleeps seven. Each bedroom on this floor has its own private bathroom, and there’s also a comfortable family room with a shuffleboard table and poker table, giving everybody a casual space to hang out.



Up one level, the home opens into the main living space with a full kitchen, dining area, and a cavernous living room. This is where meals, conversations, and downtime naturally come together. This floor also includes a king bedroom with a private bathroom and a queen bedroom that shares a full bath with the main living area.



On the top floor, you’ll find a third living area along with a second kitchen space, giving your group even more flexibility during your stay. This level also has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two double beds, connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom.



With three separate living spaces throughout the home, there’s plenty of room for everybody to spread out while still feeling connected. Two twin cots are also available if you need a little additional sleeping space, and multiple balconies offer the ideal spot for a peaceful morning or a casual evening.



Outside, the private pool area is set up for easy, all-day enjoyment. There’s a tiki bar, plenty of seating, and a pool bathroom so you don’t have to run inside. It’s the kind of space that makes it hard to leave.





You’ll also have access to close by basketball and tennis courts, along with entry to Le Volte’s private beach access. The center of Ocean Isle Beach is just a short drive away, with local eateries, stores, mini golf, the pier, and other family-friendly spots.



The private pool can be heated for an additional charge if you’re visiting during cooler months.
