This sound-facing home features seven bedrooms and seven and a half baths, on two levels, conveniently constructed on a reverse floor plan to maximize the vistas from the main living area. On the main level one bedroom has a queen bed and one has two double beds. Downstairs one bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed, one has a queen bed and a double-size futon, one has two double beds, and one has two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms have TVs and private baths.

Conveniences include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, two fridges and unsecure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight and there are also five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The comfortable rockers on the covered sound side porch invite you to sit outside and appreciate the view of the passing boats or eat lunch at the picnic table while watching the waterway. This property provides you with access to the oceanfront pool at The Isles Beach Club in front of Le Volte as well as tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. The private dock on the sound is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you are on the island.

This home does not provide cable service but there are Intelligent TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room, which provide Streaming service to be accessed with guest's own account.
