The inverted floor plan provides extraordinary ocean vistas from the upper-level living room as well as the dining and kitchen. Entirely equipped kitchen with SS appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. There is a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and enormous 55” flat screen Intelligent-TV with DVD player in the living room. Cable TV and wireless internet supplied. Convenient outside hot/cold enclosed shower to rinse off after appreciating a day at the beach or swimming in the pool. Charcoal grille onsite. Plenty of covered parking and guest storage shed available at ground level. Linens and towels for total number of occupants are supplied - all beds are made. Non-smoking, no family pets. Sleeps 13.
