*While we encourage guests to make the most of their vacations, we must adhere to a stringently enforced NO PARTY rule in accordance with the property’s HOA regulations and Vacation Rental By Owner Community Disturbance Policy. In addition, max. occupancy is limited to the number of guests reported at time of booking.

*Well-behaved, home-trained dogs (max. of two) are welcome for a non-returnable additional fee of $100 per stay for first dog, and $50 per stay for second dog. Dogs MUST be added at time of booking. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home, and be on leash when outside. Dog waste must be picked up and thrown in trash cans behind home using plastic bags. If pet waste is not removed, there will be an additional $50 charge. *Fee for first dog charged with booking; fee for second dog if applicable charged separately as additional “Trip Change” fee.

When to visit Carolina Beach & When to book:

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. To find the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Carolina Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
