Fun beach home located 300 yards from the ocean in Island Park Cottages, 30 yards to community pool. Lots of room for a group with an eat in kitchen and huge living space. Five bedrooms: 2 downstairs, with a shared bathroom and 3 upstairs. Master bedroom located upstairs with private bathroom. Extensive space under the home to lounge, grille and hang out, beach closet with bicycles and surfboards beach chairs and umbrellas. 2 public beach accesses are a five min. walk away. Community dock on the marsh for fishing, kayaking, watching striking sunsets and more. Eateries, putt putt, ice cream stores and more a short bicycle or car ride away. Your fun in the sun awaits!

  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.

If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
