This handsome home features a private dock on a canal with painless access to the Intercoastal Waterway. The open and cavernous living room is full of windows providing vistas of the waterway. The sizable deck wraps around half the home with the canal side completely covered providing an outdoor haven to appreciate even when the weather isn't ideal. The home and dock are positioned to give fast and simple access to boating and fishing opportunities on the waterway. On the hottest days of the summer, sit under the home and savor the cool breeze coming off the water. More of a beach person? No problem, the home is only 1/4 mile from the beach with public access points up and down the beach front.

We do not provide linens so please make sure to review the number of beds and sizes to plan accordingly.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

  • Summertime is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Carolina Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
