Welcome to Beach Sol at Sea Colony! Freshly refreshed! floor condo offers all the amenities of home and an ocean view that will take your breath away! From the balcony, you can see spectacular sunrises, watch dolphins playing & pelicans in flight. During peak season you can savor a full fireworks display every Thursday nighttime. Centrally located, it's a five min. walk to the Ocean Grille & Tiki Bar, and a short distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Kure Beach Pier & NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. We provide our guests with one parking pass (these are only valid for parking on Sea Colony property, please make sure they are displayed on your dashboard, not doing so could result in being towed). You may have one additional parking pass upon request prior to stay for another car for a guest that is also staying at the condo.

Sheets for all beds
one towel/wash cloth per guest
hand towels for bathroom and kitchen. If our guests need anything, they are welcome to reach out anytime. Contact list will be included in condo. We may be reached through the app, by phone, and we have a property manager on the island to assist you if needed.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
