Welcome to Beach Sol at Sea Colony! Freshly refreshed! floor condo offers all the amenities of home and an ocean view that will take your breath away! From the balcony, you can see spectacular sunrises, watch dolphins playing & pelicans in flight. During peak season you can savor a full fireworks display every Thursday nighttime. Centrally located, it's a five min. walk to the Ocean Grille & Tiki Bar, and a short distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Kure Beach Pier & NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. We provide our guests with one parking pass (these are only valid for parking on Sea Colony property, please make sure they are displayed on your dashboard, not doing so could result in being towed). You may have one additional parking pass upon request prior to stay for another car for a guest that is also staying at the condo.

  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Make a record of any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
