Come enjoy our wonderful vacation home on Pleasure Island with a relaxing beach just steps away and hassles & crowds miles away!  The balcony has updated carpet & chairs with lockable sliding patio doors. We’ve updated everything from the shower hardware to kitchen dishes along with bathroom sinks and vanities to a stackable washer & dryer! Queen sized beds in two bedrooms, a new twin chair bed in one of the bedrooms, living room rug, kitchen items & even quiet toilet seat lids.

Our condo is part of a 12-unit building, which makes the oceanfront pool with private walkway to the beach seem like you have it all to yourself! This spacious first floor oceanfront condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 & has free wireless internet. The living room and master bedroom share an extended covered oceanfront balcony with spectacular views of the ocean overlooking the pool. The living room has a 40" HD flat screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD player, a CD player, and queen sleeper sofa. The living room, dining area and kitchen have wood flooring throughout.

All bedrooms have updated carpet, TVs and beds. The master bedroom boasts a king bed with private bath, 32” TV & DVD player. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed & twin pullout chair bed with flat screen TV, DVD player & street side extended balcony shared with the 3rd bedroom, which has a queen bed AND HD TV. All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all types of dining and simple housekeeping. Kitchen appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, food processor, blender and toaster.

You will have covered parking for one car with an additional parking space available. We protect the quality of our home by not allowing pets or smoking and only rent to families and responsible adults. We do not provide towels, or linens., but we can assist you in renting.  

Just down the street is the marina with daily departures on fishing charters at the marina, sunset cruises, dinner cruises and boat rentals. When you’re tired of the pool or beach,visit the North Carolina Aquarium located at the south end of the island near Fort Fisher and Kure Beach. You can also take a ferry ride to historic Southport for a fun day trip where there are wonderful restaurants and antique shops. 

There are numerous golf courses nearby and downtown Wilmington is only 20 minutes away.  Their historic riverfront has brick streets, waterfront restaurants, antique shops and horse-drawn carriage rides.  You can also find a major mall, airport and the USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial with daily tours in Wilmington.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
