Big Water is ideal for your family vacation! Savor your morning coffee from the screened porch of this elegant Dunes home (1K, 1Q, 4T).

Unwind on the ground-level swing, or savor a cookout underneath the bungalow with the supplied charcoal BBQ and picnic table. The enclosed outside shower has a dressing area. Beach access is located about 110 yards away at the end of Seagull Street, then down 2 homes to the right.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

When to book & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
