Stella Maris-Spectacular Oceanfront 10 bedroom, 9.5 bathrooms with elevated swimming pool in the second floor deck. There is plenty of parking. Eight of the 10 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and two bedrooms share a bath. This floor plan is inverted with six of the bedrooms on the 2nd level along with a second living area and entertainment center with mini kitchenette all leading to the enormous deck and swimming pool. Three of the bedrooms on the second level have their own private balconies. The three other bedrooms each with their own balcony are on the third level with the kitchen and living area maximizing the striking vistas at this peaceful end of the island. There is a back deck off the living and kitchen area offering more outdoor seating and vistas. The home will feature the striking architecture and finishes by the Isenhour Homes construction company. About the Area

Located in Oak Island, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Bay Beach, while Franklin Square Gallery and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
