Welcome to our 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home located on a triple lot with ample room for boat parking. Home is located only 3 blocks from Davis Canal public dock. Clean, comfortable home with fenced in backyard! The home is walking and cycling distance to the beach. Hot/cold outdoor shower and washer/dryer available for guests!

Our home currently has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has two double beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed. There is a twin daybed and twin trundle in the living room. Bathroom #1 has a tub/shower combo. Bathroom #2 has a walk in shower. All living area is on one single floor; The concrete driveway and garage is used for owner storage and guests do not have access to them.

There is plenty of parking in the gravel driveway for trucks, cars, boats and trailers! The fenced in backyard with outdoor patio is ideal to appreciate the salt air. During the harvesting season, you will appreciate to pick fresh grapes, pears and blueberries from plants scattered throughout the property.

This home has an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. The living room has couches and ceiling fans. Two flat screen Intelligent TV's & high speed internet with Wi-Fi is available for your use.

Savor family dinners around the humongous Lazy Susan dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee cups, glass wear, silver wear, wine glasses and all other standard necessities for the kitchen and more.

Check-In is 4:00pm EST and Check-out is 10:00am EST

Finding the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Carolina Beach area. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a terrific vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
