Accommodating up to 18 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor, and is complete with 2 Twin/Full bunk beds and a couch bed (bed linens not included for couch bed), TV, balcony access with marsh vistas and shares a full hall bath (tub/shower combo) with Bedroom #2.
