Features a entirely screened front porch for bug-complimentary outdoor enjoyment with vistas of the tree lined, historical brick street.
Pet friendly, the front yard is fully fenced (30" high) and gated, suitable for use by well behaved family pets.
There is a separate, attached, occupied private residence in the rear of the home, with a separate entry and no shared spaces. The resident has a well behaved Chocolate Labrador Retriever.
