The home hosts 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. Each bedroom has bespoke closet organizers, and a intelligent TV for streaming your personal favorite TV applications. The home has a reverse floor plan, with the main living, dining, and kitchen area located on the top floor. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with bar seating, dining room seating for 8, an induction cooktop, and a 48 integrated refrigerator with a craft ice maker. The kitchen also contains all of the cooking essentials one might need, as well a coffee maker. There are two separate living spaces to allow for plenty of family gathering time. Savor gorgeous coastal vistas from every room. The inviting fenced in backyard has access to a private boat dock, cornhole, a sizable patio for seating, and propane grille. The owners have included two kayaks, two bicycles, and an indoor/outdoor Ping Pong table for enjoyment during your stay. Once you stay at Summer Breeze, it will become your family s annual beach vacation home destination! Boat lift is not available for guest use. Guests are allowed to use single car garage bays.
