Inside, you’ll find a cheerful space with wood floors and tons of natural light. The eat-in kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space when it’s time to make mealtime magic, and the adjacent table has room to seat six. Unwind on one of the couches in the central air-conditioning at the end of the day. Stream the latest release before bed, and call it a nighttime in one of three well-appointed bedrooms. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
