This 1BR waterfront condo features a prime downtown location and a covered private balcony with vistas of the Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and the Battleship North Carolina. After sunny days at Wrightsville Beach, walk just steps to an abundance of local stores and eateries along the water.

Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

Located just off the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this condo has a prime location for exploring the best of the city on foot. Wrightsville Beach is just an painless 10-mile drive away.

Local attractions include the Burgwin-Wright Museum and Gardens, Thalian Hall, the Brooklyn Arts Center, the Bellamy Mansion Museum, and the Cape Fear Museum of History and Science.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
