The convenient one-level floor plan is ideal for modest families. As you enter the home you will be greeted by the open main living area. A comfortable couch and armchairs make a cozy space for families to reconnect or watch TV. There is a dining table just outside of the huge kitchen with its bright and airy décor. Nicely refreshed, the kitchen offers upgraded counter tops while preserving the original appeal of the home. A sunroom along the back of the home is a peaceful haven after a day at the beach or a great place for a family game nighttime.

The first guest bedroom is located just off the main living room and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. This guest room has direct access to the full bathroom that is shared with the neighboring and queen guest room. There is a walk-in shower with impressive subway tile to help wash away the day. The second Queen guest room adjoins to another full bathroom which has shared access with the twin guest room.

Outside there is a convenient outdoor area under the home with a dining table and grille - a great spot to prepare that cheeseburger in heaven! Parking: Driveway parking on site for up to 4 cars.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Family Animals, Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
