Timbercreek's screened porch, running the entire length of the sitting area, provides the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or relax during happy hour. Inside, Timbercreek's warm hardwoods and beamed ceiling surround you and make the comfortable gathering space feel even cozier. The open floor plan flows into the dining area that features a table comfortably accommodating 6. Adjacent is the breakfast bar which provides even more seating. The open kitchen, boasting plenty of granite counter-top space for food prep as well as an under-countertop sink, lets the chef prepare and appreciate the group's conversation simultaneously.

This property provides three ample bedrooms on the same level. The master is furnished with a king bed and offers an en suite bath as well as private deck access. The second bedroom affords a queen bed and the third bedroom is equipped with twins. The latter two share a full bath and feature reclaimed wood accents.

The Timbercreek community provides a shared dock on the Creek to put in your kayak (2 included) and a shared community swimming pool just steps from this rental! This property has wireless internet and includes the use of two golf carts. Bicycles are not guaranteed!

Get the best rental home value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.

  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
