Top of the line appliances, and a entirely supplied kitchen await. To the right is a handsome living room with granite fireplace and walls of windows overlooking the ocean. To the left is a dining room, card and game area with constructed in cabinets and tons of space. All rooms open onto a giant half moon deck overlooking South Beach with unobstructed vistas.

Downstairs, you will find 4 sizable bedrooms, and 2nd living area and a wrap around covered porch. The Master suite will spoil you and features a constructed in Queen bed with storage underneath, bespoke constructed in closet, and humongous master bath with glass walk in shower and tile. The other 2 guest rooms feature a Queen Bed and a Double Bed. And the kids room has a constructed in bunk bed, desk and play area. The garage offers tons of storage with one four passenger golf cart and one six passenger, body boards and beach chairs. There is a BHI golf access Club available, and a Shoals Club available at an additional fee.
