This open concept floorplan is handsomely laid out with nautical décor. The living room is furnished with a full sized couch and a adore seat, a gorgeous coffee table with books and a big screen TV that sits on a TV stand. This is ideal for families and friends that savor watching their favorite shows together while spending quality time.

The kitchen flows from the living room and is furnished with a table huge enough to seat ten and two bar stools at the bar. Look out at the handsome greenery as you feast on your meal. The grey kitchen cabinetry makes this area comforting and neutral. With all stainless-steel appliances and the basic cooking essentials you need, you can whip up your favorite dish for your appreciated ones.

To the right of the dining area is the first bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed and surf décor. There is a T.V. in this room for your leisure. Down the hall is the first bathroom with a beautiful granite vanity. To the right of the bathroom is the second bedroom, also designed elegantly with an abundance of lighting. On the first floor, the bathroom is located in front of the entry door. To the left of the bathroom is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed. The Kuerig table is in the modest entryway area. To the right is the final bedroom, proviuding a king bed on the Marsh side.
