This open concept floorplan is gorgeously laid out with nautical décor. The living room is furnished with a full sized couch and a adore seat, a striking coffee table with books and a big screen TV that sits on a T.V. stand. This is ideal for families and friends that savor watching their favorite shows together while spending quality time.

The kitchen flows from the living room and is furnished with a table huge enough to seat ten and two bar stools at the bar. Look out at the charming greenery as you feast on your meal. The grey kitchen cabinetry makes this area comforting and neutral.
