There is a covered porch overlooking the ocean with benches and rocking chairs. In addition to a sundeck there are painless to climb steps with landing, down to the beach. Substantial enclosed outside shower/dressing area with hot/cold water, outside shower and ample parking. Ocean Isle fishing Pier is 6/10 mile down the beach!

Walk to Town Center Park ! Kids's playground area with swings, sliding, hobby horse, jungle gym, interactive fountain, bocce court, hi-top tables w/chairs, bathrooms, benches, bicycle racks, Museum of Coastal Carolina and 300 seat amphitheater & Green space. Ocean Isle is within 15 miles of 30 or more golf courses and tons of great eateries. Only 15 mins. from the Seafood Capital of the World - (Calabash, North Carolina) and 2 miles from our local airport! Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time 10 am.

The Ocean View was constructed in 1965 and approved by local building standards and codes.
