Welcome to " A Great Escape" located amongst the live oaks in the charming family location of the Ibis Roost Community, You will find this refreshed light and bright beach bungalow ideal for your BHI home-away-from home. This pretty 3 bedroom, 3 bath bungalow is charmingly updated and decorated with new updated kitchen and baths. The open floor plan accepts everybody to be in the heart of the home with a sizable living, dining area and sitting areas. The baths all have a coastal island feel. Savor your mornings drinking coffee on the screened porch listening to the birds.

As you walk into the home, you will be greeted by the open great room surrounded by windows with the sunlight streaming in.  The entirely supplied kitchen for the chef in your family to prepare up memorable meals. The dining area, with vistas of the island oaks and wildlife, is ideal for family meals and entertaining while appreciating the open living concept accepting everybody to be a part of the fun.
     
All this opens to two sitting rooms and the private front and side screened-in porch to take in the serenity of this peaceful ideal island location overlooking the maritime forest. If you must work while on vacation, there is a peaceful office space with desk for your convenience.
 
There is a six-seat golf cart and a four-seat golf cart for your use exploring this handsome island.

Steps away from your front porch you will have access to the Ibis Roost community pool, which can only be used by Ibis Roost families and their guests (31 homes).  This is a phenomenal place to come back to after a day at the beach to take a fast swim before drinks and dinner or a peaceful morning swim away from the hordes. Please note that the pool is seasonal and is generally open from May 1st to September 30th.

You will find a grille, a pack n play, both a regular and Keurig coffee pot, and beach chairs.  There is a enormous flat screen TV in the living room and in the bedrooms. Tucked away in cabinets you will find an assortment of books, puzzles and board games.
Linens and bath towels as well as beach towels are included for you stay.

This home is conveniently located to the beach, BHI club, and within walking distance to the market, island stores, new Midway Coffee shop, Jailhouse Provisions, Cozumel restaurant and more.
 
Our full time, on island home manager will go the additional mile to help guests feel special and welcome. This home provides the convenience of a booster seat, a pack n play, for those with modest kids. For entertainment, high speed internet is supplied. A First Nighttime Amenity Kit including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you!
Ask about concierge food delivery services. Spend a week or more at our island getaway and we are rather sure we will see you again and again as you make this your home away from home.
